"When Dr. Ingram came into the room, she greeted Bailey as though he were her own. He responded accordingly. Bailey does not mind going to see the vet and he is really not a nervous patient. He received his booster shot and his annual bordatella treatment which went well. The doctor, however, placed a follow up call to me the next day to make certain Bailey was feeling well with no side effects. I was truly impressed with the service and friendly environment."

After 5 minutes, Dr. Ingram came in. She introduced herself and shook my hand. She was personable and showed a lot of care and concern in her assessment. The first impression is the most important for me and I got a great impression from her. Her thoroughness, patience, and ability to explain treatment options gave me a sense of relief and I quickly developed trust in her skills.  She recommended treatments that were necessary and didn't try to up sell me with products or other useless procedures. I did not feel pressured at any point of this visit.... I am glad I came here today."

"Dr. Ingram came in and told us right up front about the pricing and what our other options were - I appreciated that she gave us information about our options outside of the hospital that could prove to be cheaper, yet less direct. She was honest and the priority was the CARE of the animal, not money. This is why I decided to stay at the hospital and get Prince his shots and other follow-up care.
